Technical requirement:
1) The outside surface of the ceramic parts should be glazed. Cracks, dark
spots and foreign inclusions, cut-offs under 0.5mm and less than 0.2mm
deep; non-glazed surface points under 1mm less than 2 pieces
2) Internal or external metallization leakage lower than 0.5 mm from the
end-walls and under 1.0mm
3) The cases are hermetically sealed
4) Metal surfaces of the cases are nickel-plated, with coating thickness
more than 7mm

Stability requirements:
1) The cases are stable to the test voltage with the industrial frequency of 50Hz
2) The cases are stable to the temperature change from -70° C
to +200° C
3) The cases are stable to the following mechanical loads:
a) Sine vibration, frequencies 10-2,000Hz, acceleration 20g
b) Mechanical shock (multiple), peak shock acceleration 150g,
duration 3±1ms
c) Mechanical shock (single), peak shock acceleration 1,000g,
duration 1±0.3ms
d) Rated linear acceleration: long-term=47,088ms-2(4,800)g,
short-term=66,708ms-2 (6,800)g, perpendicular to the axis
of symmetry
4) Solder strength requirements of copper cuff: on application of stretching
force between ceramic insulator and copper bushing breach are on copper
cuff
